Refund policy

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for Nexori Services.

Audits & One-Time Services

Due to the time-intensive and customized nature of audits and implementation work:

• All completed services are non-refundable

• If work has begun, refunds will not be issued for time already invested

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before work begins, you must notify us in writing. Any non-recoverable preparation work may still be billed.

Ongoing or Retainer Services

For recurring services, cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific agreement. Services remain billable through the current billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at Nexori’s discretion in rare circumstances, but are not guaranteed.
